BlueFabric Hotel 

An integrated end-to-end solution, available through BlueFabric Marketplace, that enhances customer service interaction and is addressed to a wide range of hospitality service industry providers.

BlueFabric Hotel solution can be easily integrated with built-in hospitality applications (reservation and booking, back-end operations, access cards allocation, room occupancy management, concierge requests and others) and delivers enhanced customer service, cuts down response time to customers’ requests, cuts down internal costs and most important, acts like a differentiator in the market by offering customers seamless journey and an innovative digital experience.

By using a Watson based chat solution integrated with BlueFabric platform, Bluefabric Hotel solution is able to handle various customer requests, in a timely manner, without the need for face-to-face interaction.

Every workflow and AI Chabot engagement was built to log and dispatch different type of requests to all back-end operation areas, improving productivity, efficiency, while providing valuable information for future engagements with the customers. And a beautiful thing at this app is that the business administrator can easily add new business workflows or amend existing ones within hours and without the need to code.

Bluefabric Hotel has 7 pre-defined workflow stages, each automating a different volume processes.

1.     Reservation (booking)

In this first stage, the App automates the process of booking and room occupancy management
Using a friendly and modern UI, the customers checks the room availability for the preferred period of stay and makes a booking the online channel preferred (web or mobile). At this point the customer has to make an account and so valuable information are gathered by the system for future engagements.
The customer reconfirms travel details together with his/her personal details and preferences and shares an id by uploading it in the application.

2.     Pre- check in

Prior to check-in event, based on predefined set of customer details provided during reservation a Know Your Customer screening is executed in the background, providing all necessary information before customer walks in. Customer identity and any potential escalations or additional research are done well in advance in order to improve the security around the location.

3.     Private concierge

At this stage the customer is welcomed by a private concierge and can benefit of a large variety of outside hotel services. The customer is engaged in an online interaction with the integrated AI chat solution (IBM Watson) upon a speech to text/ text to speech predefined set of messages, through which different types of requests are logged and dispatch to all areas, improving productivity, efficiency.

The private concierge adds value by promoting an improved customer experience, being designed to use “as concierge employees work”. It can handle and complete simple customer requests, like making restaurant reservation, book transportation, buying tickets to theater, cinema or concerts, to more complex customer request by gathering all info and dispatching it to concierge personnel (e.g. specialized and customized offerings).

4.     Self-Check-In

The customer enters in the room via self-check-in option using a virtual access key generated by the application.

5.     Hotel facilities

The customer benefits from all the hospitality services available via the digital application.

Upon logging in his profile, all confirmations and details of the services prior requested to the private concierge can be accessed in the application, managed or other services can be arranged with the help of the private concierge.

6.     Room maintenance

Customer interacts online, through a chat based solution, for all room requirements and can provide direct feedback.

7.     Check-Out

Upon the end of a customer stay, the invoice for all hospitality services is generated and sent to the customer in his/ her online account and the amount due is credited from the CC upon costumer confirmation.

BlueFabric Hotel is a new addition to our repository of pre-built business solutions and components that hospitality business owners can model and execute within hours and at minimal cost, and was first released on February 2017 at IBM Watson Build Competition were it was one of the nominees at the champion prize.
